| 100% Recycled PE
Using
WARM (Waste Reduction Model) system
allows us to predict the amount of emission reductions associated with
recycling PE. 1 ton of material diverted
from
landfills to be recycled yield a net reduction of 2 tons of CO2
emissions.
This reduction is based on transportation, drilling, and refining
energy costs compared to costs of recycling.
The reduction of CO2
emissions through the use of our
product will allow us to apply for Carbon Offset Credits. These credits
can then be sold or passed on to product manufacturers
and customers.
As we
increase the amount of post consumer
material available, the potential for savings is as follows*

Although the WARM System
calculator gives a 2 X multiple in terms of Tons of CO2
eliminated for one ton of recycled PE used, for purposes of
this
table we are using a 1.5 X multiple to be more conservative in our
statements.
